The Cool Cloud Vaporizer – A Smokable Alternative
Nice Cloud Vapor is one of the companies offering flavored e-juice and liquid smoking cigarettes. Now the U.S. Food and Drug Administration have issued caution letters to an additional ten companies, including Nice Clouds Distribution Incorporated, (conducting business as Puff Bar) warning them to remove their alluring flavored disposable e-liquids and e-juice products from the marketplace immediately because they don’t possess the appropriate premarket tobacco application in place. The FDA says it is aware that flavored e-liquids will be favored by young adults, but that adults also need to be protected against the over-selling of these products by adult consumers. Based on the FDA’s warning letters, some of the e-liquids in question had no flavor; however, these were being offered accessible in candy bars disguised as a wholesome snack.
Cool Cloud Vapor had marketed its e-liquid product as a dietary supplement and a sports drink. These statements were misleading, the FDA claims, because no FDA regulatory standards or laws exist to regulate dietary supplements and sports drinks. The company’s application for a non-prescription market distribution label especially stated that the product could possibly be used as a supplement. It was not intended for use as a sports sip or an athletic supplement, in line with the FDA.
When a customer purchased Puff Bar, he or she should have understood that the product was intended for the consumption of candies, not chewing gum, and that the tastes were added after the manufacturing process. According to the FDA, Puff Bar contained nicotine, propylene glycol, and a chemical substance known as atrazine, which certainly are a harmful carcinogen. While the agency says that atrazine does not cause cancer, it is listed on the packaging because the ingredients that could cause the merchandise to be misused, if ingested, by children, or a person who shouldn’t be consuming the merchandise.
The FDA says that because the manufacturers did not include appropriate statements or warnings concerning the potential hazards of the product, the business’s product was misrepresented. A good example of a misrepresentation will be that the merchandise was designed for people who chew gum. Parents of small kids would not elect to give their kids puff pubs as a snack. They would probably think that the product was more dangerous when compared to a candy bar. The only method to ensure that consumers usually do not become victims of false marketing is to strictly regulate the generation of e-liquids. Producers cannot use vague words or symbols on labels or packaging that suggest that a product is acceptable for sale when it is not.
Puff Bar was one of several e-liquids manufactured by Great Cloud Vapor Company. The company had other e-juice products including several premium brands, several which had an array of what flavors do puff bars can be found in. When I purchased my Amazing Cloud Vaporizer, I was expecting to purchase a product that did not have any flavorings inside it and therefore did not interest me. I was incorrect.
Upon opening the box, I pointed out that the puff container looked nearly the same as the container for a day to day cigarette. It also held a reasonably large amount of nicotine, which managed to get difficult to carry onto while smoking as the entire mouth area of the disposable machine was filled with the whitish Vape Pen Battery color of smoking. I looked at the ingredients list for Puff Bar and found that it contained exactly the same things that I have come to expect from all of Cool Cloud’s other goods: acerola, mint, caramel, citrus, guarana, lemon, orange, peanut butter, raspberry, and wheat germ extract. The only difference between the product and the other products was that product did not contain any flavorings.
After inserting the pre-filled pod device in to the baggie provided by Cool Cools Vaporizer, I pressed the bottom of the mouthpiece lightly on my lips to begin with smoking immediately. Promptly, my throat hit a nice warm spot on the back of my throat that was not existing during smoking any traditional cigarettes. My 2nd puff sent a hurry of taste through my lips which lasted limited to a second and my throat hit another spot that lasted just a few seconds. I exhaled slowly and gradually while my eyes scanned the area for any sign of smoke. No cigar, no pop-can, only ash.
After inhaling the first puff, my palate quickly filled with sweet lemon juice, accompanied by a gentle pepper to taste. After the 3rd puff I experienced a sweet and tangy preference with a hint of bitterness. After the fourth puff I noticed that the nicotine had settled properly into my lungs, giving me all of the nicotine I had a need to complete the entire session without needing to worry about obtaining a bad buzz off of it.
